Business Development Representative

We're seeking a Business Development Representative (Account Manager) to join our client’s expanding team in Miami (Hialeah) . In this role, you’ll take the lead in growing service and repair revenue across your territory — identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring exceptional support for existing accounts. What You’ll Do You’ll be at the forefront of territory growth, developing new partnerships while maintaining high-quality service for current customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding market presence and strengthening long-term client relationships. Drive New Business Growth Identify, pursue, and convert new service and repair opportunities within an assigned territory. Develop and execute market strategies to expand the company’s footprint and exceed revenue targets. Represent the company at industry events, cultivating a strong professional network that generates high-value leads. Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships Serve as a trusted partner to both new and existing clients through regular site visits, proactive communication, and responsive follow-up. Understand customer goals and challenges to propose tailored service solutions and capital plans aligned with their long- and short-term needs. Support Sales Cycle and Account Management Prepare and present repair proposals and service contract bids, including blueprint review, site surveys, and collaboration with operations teams. Conduct thorough analysis, pricing, and follow-up to secure business and maintain account satisfaction. Monitor account performance and work to reduce cancellations through strong relationship management. Stay Informed and Equipped Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, local elevator codes, and product innovations. Leverage tools such as Salesforce (preferred) to manage pipelines, track activities, and support forecasting efforts. What You Bring At least 1+ year of sales or business development experience A proactive, self-starter mentality with exceptional follow-up and attention to detail Ability to succeed in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Confidence leading client meetings and strategic discussions Bonus points for Salesforce proficiency and ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings Location Miami (Hialeah), FL – Local travel required to client sites and projects within the territory #J-18808-Ljbffr Lunova Group
