Area Director Of SalesPay Range Starting from USD $125,000.00/Hr.Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a motivated Area Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites South Bay Area! Leading revenue generation efforts across a portfolio of 7+ branded hotels within the Marriott, Hilton, or comparable segments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in an active selling environment while driving strategy, accountability, and performance across multiple assets. As Director of Sales, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.Job Purpose: The Sales position is responsible for generating and supporting hotel business through relationship development, prospecting, account management, event coordination, and effective communication.
