In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while cultivating long-term partnerships with clients. You will lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting, site assessments, and solution development through contract negotiation and client onboarding—working closely alongside operations, estimating, and implementation teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and seamless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute strategic sales plans and growth initiatives to consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue goals.Identify and pursue high-value new business opportunities across targeted commercial markets and geographic regions.Analyze sales metrics, CRM data, and pipeline conversion rates to deliver accurate revenue forecasting.Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and networking opportunities to increase brand presence and drive lead generation.Client Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with property owners, facility managers, procurement teams, and C-suite decision-makers.Lead consultative sales presentations, walk-through site assessments, and proposal development tailored to client needs.Negotiate pricing, contract terms, scope of work, and service level agreements to maximize profitability and long-term client retention.Operational Collaboration & Solution DevelopmentManage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract execution and client onboarding.Coordinate directly with operations, estimating, and implementation teams to design customized facility service solutions that match operational capabilities.Partner with operations leadership post-sale to ensure aligned expectations, smooth handoffs, and high quality of service delivery.Pipeline & Sales OperationsBuild and maintain an active, structured sales pipeline using CRM platforms.Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs), pipeline activity metrics, and performance benchmarks.Provide regular internal reporting and updates, adhering to established processes.Collaborate with marketing and revenue operations to align lead generation, ideal customer profiling, and sales enablement tools.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record in B2B service sales.Industry Background (Strongly Preferred): Prior sales leadership experience within facilities management, commercial janitorial, or broader facility/commercial services is strongly preferred.Track Record: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, conduct site assessments, and consistently meet or exceed multi-million dollar annual revenue quotas.Relationship Building: Demonstrated success engaging and negotiating with property owners, facility directors, procurement personnel, and C-suite executives.Technical & Solution Expertise: Experience collaborating with estimating and operations teams to build tailored service scopes and pricing models.Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms for pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting.Communication & Travel: Exceptional consultative presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; willing to attend industry events, networking functions, and client sites.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
