Senior Vice PresidentReview and underwrite R&W opportunitiesConduct due diligence to analyze the risk to be insured, including reviewing asset and merger agreements, disclosure schedules, data room materials and financial and operational records of prospective insureds, leading conference calls with the proposed insured and their advisors to discuss the risk to be insured; and preparing conference call agendasNegotiate and draft insurance policies with insurance brokers, the proposed insureds and their advisorsEnsure underwriting file completion upon binding of R&W opportunitiesManage, train and mentor a team of R&W underwriter, including review submissions and provide mentoring to junior associates to determine whether an insurance proposal can be offered for transactional insurance products including recommendation on pricing and key terms of coverage and exclusionsReview claims and provide any necessary support related thereto to the claims teamCollaborate with colleagues from Ambridge Europe/Ambridge Canada to assist in cross-border underwritingThe Amynta Group (the "Company") is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of any ground of discrimination protected by applicable human rights legislation.
