Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs, strengths, and resources of patients in hospice care.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the hospice setting.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and preferences of patients and their families.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at providing support and information to both patients and their loved ones.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health records systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
