Full time or Part time We are seeking a board‑certified Orthopedic Surgeon with surgical privileges to join our integrated musculoskeletal practice in Richmond, VA. The physician will diagnose and treat patients injured in motor vehicle accidents and work‑related injuries. The practice also includes neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, internal medicine, primary care, and chiropractic/physical therapy services. In‑house services include physical therapy, chiropractic (including aquatic therapy, work conditioning, vestibular and cognitive therapy, and Functional Capacity Evaluations), electrodiagnostic, interventional pain management, and x‑rays. Physicians may cover our Richmond and Alexandria offices as needed. About Us Our medical office provides high‑quality integrated healthcare to individuals with neuro‑musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. We deliver office‑based diagnostic, surgical, and rehabilitation services managed from evaluation through treatment to ensure optimal outcomes. Job Duties Provide quality patient care and management. Recommend and conduct diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and appropriate treatment. Oversee the diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries. Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury. Maintain timely and accurate documentation and reports for a high volume of personal injury patients. Perform orthopedic surgery with surgical privileges at surrounding hospitals. Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care. Uphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and lead in a manner that aligns with company goals. Requirements MD/DO from an accredited educational institution. Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia. Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (general orthopedic surgeon). Favorable malpractice history. Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification. DEA license. Schedule Full time Salary $450,000–$520,000 Benefits Company‑paid malpractice insurance. PTO and paid holidays.
