The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing complex projects in the tech industry, with a focus on application development, software development, and integrations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and has a knack for turning high-level roadmaps into achievable tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from ideation to completion, while ensuring all aspects of the project are following compliance standards and meeting the needs of stakeholders. Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and implementation of complex technical projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. 2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. 3. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including capacity planning and resource allocation. 4. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and ensure transparent communication. 5. Provide technical guidance on application development, software development, and integrations. 6. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. 7. Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. 8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques such as Jira. 9. Report and escalate to management as needed. 10. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 11. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget. 12. Oversee the implementation of AI and machine learning technologies into the project, where necessary. 13. Understand and implement SIEM, SOAR, and intrusion detection systems. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2. Proven 5+ years of project management experience in the tech industry, specifically in application and software development. 3. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 4. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. 5. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira. 6. Extensive experience in working with stakeholders to create clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project. 7. Experience with AI and machine learning. 8. Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, and intrusion detection systems. 9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. 11. Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams. 12. PMP certification is a plus. 13.
