The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a structured work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments of patients to understand their mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment outlines.

• Designing individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques and coping strategies tailored to each patient's journey.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to support trauma recovery, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or emotional regulation strategies.

• Educating patients and staff on effective coping mechanisms related to stress and trauma to foster a supportive community.

• Participating in regular continuing education courses to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and to keep abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.
