• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required
• Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, EPIC EHR experience required; Oncology experience preferred

What You’ll Do
• Provide specialized nursing care in the SICU and Oncology units
• Monitor critically ill adult patients with complex conditions such as hemorrhagic and septic shock, ARDS, stroke, and post-craniotomy recovery
• Manage advanced procedures including ICP monitoring, external ventricular drain management, CRRT, and ventilator support
• Administer vasoactive medications and titrate vasopressors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately using EPIC EHR system
• Respond to and manage patient emergencies with confidence and professionalism

What You Need
Required:
• Valid RN license for Ohio or Compact State
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to rotating schedule

Preferred:
• Oncology care experience
• Experience with complex ICU procedures and critical care protocols
