Your Qualifications 5–10+ years of leadership experience with teams and outcome delivery. Experience managing a store or large department; retail preferred but not required. Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a plus. Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity environments. Success is Measured By Sales and labor results. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task and think creatively. Maintain composure under pressure. Essential Job Functions Use computer and printer and occasionally cash register. Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve stock. Position yourself for kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping in stock rooms and on the sales floor. Read and follow email and printed instructions for merchandise layouts, schedules, and procedures. Communicate with customers face‑to‑face and by telephone, and with managers and coworkers. Move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, and retrieve and put away merchandise from the stockroom. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs; move merchandise up to a height of 5–10 ft.
