Key Responsibilities\n

As a mental health counselor, you will play a critical role in supporting your clients' mental well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular counseling sessions via video chat, where you will create a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss their feelings.

• Encouraging dialogue about emotions, life experiences, and challenges to help clients articulate their thoughts.

• Assisting clients in setting individualized therapeutic goals and building actionable plans to achieve these objectives.

• Identifying behaviors that obstruct recovery and providing strategies to mitigate such behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will support are primarily stable adults who have undergone a screening process prior to being connected to our network. This demographic ensures that the clients you engage with generally present low acuity issues, allowing you to focus on fostering their growth and resilience without the complexities often associated with more severe psychological conditions.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• An independent LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) license, free from disciplinary actions, is required. (Please note: we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.)

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate understanding of mental health issues.

• Proficiency with technology and the ability to navigate our digital platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year , depending on hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include:
