Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients' mental health status to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans catered to the unique needs of each client, utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate client records in a timely and organized manner, using our electronic health record system.
\n
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical counseling experience is necessary, with a strong emphasis on patient engagement and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
