Contract Administrator

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and coordinate contracts through the full internal approval process.Facilitate contract workflow between various departments including Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT, and end-user groups.Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and procedures.Collaborate directly with suppliers/vendors during contract review and negotiations.Identify and help resolve compliance issues or concerns throughout the contracting process. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.At least 3 years of experience in contracts management.Hands-on experience reviewing and coordinating contracts.Experience working with multiple internal departments and external vendors.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Valid Florida Driver's License.
