Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Required licensure in Early Childhood Special Education (acceptable DOE certifications for preschool ages listed below)
• Strong understanding of both standardized and general education assessments in literacy and math
• Experience or enthusiasm for assessing, teaching, and supporting students with disabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a dedicated educational team

Certifications Accepted:

• Early Childhood Special Ed (birth through age 8), Grades P3-2
• Early Childhood Special Ed Specialist (birth through age 8), Grades P3-2
• Early Childhood Special Ed (birth through age 5), Grade P3-K
• Early Childhood Special Ed (ages 3 through 8), Grades P3-2

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours/week)
• Serve one school location, working primarily with a preschool caseload (maximum anticipated caseload of 15 students)
• Instruction days are Monday through Thursday; Fridays are reserved for planning and collaboration
• Responsibilities include designing and delivering individualized support across a continuum of services (classroom, in-class support, and pull-out settings)
