Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a difference in the lives of young learners by supporting preschoolers as an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in a dynamic educational environment near Denver, CO. In this contract role, you'll work on-site with a dedicated team, providing specialized education services within a single location to a maximum caseload of 15 students. This full-time opportunity runs Monday through Friday, with instructional days for students from Monday to Thursday and Fridays dedicated to planning and team collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Current and valid certification in one of the following:
  • Early Childhood Special Education (ages birth–8), Grades P3–2
  • Early Childhood Special Ed Specialist (ages birth–8), Grades P3–2
  • Early Childhood Special Ed (ages birth–5), Grade P3-K
  • Early Childhood Special Ed (ages 3–8), Grades P3–2
• Demonstrated knowledge of standardized assessments for eligibility as well as literacy and math programming assessments
• Experience assessing and teaching students with disabilities in both inclusive and pull-out classroom settings
• Background check completion required upon offer acceptance

Your Role:

• Assess, instruct, and support preschool-age students with disabilities in a variety of settings tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and families to develop and implement effective learning plans
• Engage in Friday planning and collaboration sessions to drive student success
• Participate in virtual interviews via Google Meets as part of the selection process
