Manage inpatient caseload of 5-8 CABGs and 4-6 robotic thoracic/chest cases per week. Assist with open and TAVR valve procedures as part of a comprehensive cardiothoracic surgical service. Collaborate with the advanced heart failure team to support occasional LVAD and Impella placements. Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult cardiothoracic patients in conjunction with dedicated RN and PA support staff.
