Job Description
The Sales Manager will oversee a small team of 1-5 members, focusing on mixed sales activities within local markets. This role involves leading client management efforts, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Occasional travel is expected to support regional sales initiatives and team development.

Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead, mentor, and develop a small sales team
Analyze performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly
Oversee budget allocation and sales reporting
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competition
Lead negotiations to close sales deals
Deliver training and development programs for team members
Set and track sales goals to achieve targets
