Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a comfortable environment for clients.

• Develop and document comprehensive and individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of your clients.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their feelings, experiences, and interpersonal relationships, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.

• Regularly monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses, fully accredited to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional license; candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their licensure.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic nature, enabling effective communication and engagement with clients.

• Strong computer literacy, comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on the number of hours worked and level of experience. Additional benefits include:
