Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will be centered on providing clinical services that directly impact the lives of your clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to identify evolving treatment needs and adjust intervention strategies as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults 18 years and older facing various mental health issues that impede their community stability and independence. You will engage with individuals whose mental health challenges may include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and more. A strong emphasis will be placed on fostering a supportive client-counselor relationship that champions recovery and community engagement.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and current license allowing practice in Arizona, such as:\n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  \n

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license.

• Proficient computer skills with a capacity to manage telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus upon joining.
