HR Generalist: Onboarding, Benefits & Compliance

Avondale Elementary School District

Avondale Elementary School District is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to be the first point of contact for HR needs across designated staff. Under the Executive Director, the Generalist conducts HR tasks and supports onboarding, benefits, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, record-keeping, confidentiality, and knowledge of FMLA/COBRA/HIPAA/ACA, with preferred certification in education HR and experience with I-Visions Enterprise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
