Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $35.00–$40.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a background in manufacturing accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, collaborating across departments, and making a direct impact on the finance team.
What You'll Do
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
- Code, review, and process vendor invoices, credit cards, expense reports, and payments
- Manage weekly check runs, ACH, wire transfers, and vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Process petty cash transactions and maintain AP files
- Assist with month-end close activities, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and use tax reporting
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports
- Assist with inventory verification and special projects
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Experience with Accumatica ERP required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Process improvement mindset with a desire to streamline AP functions
- Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Spanish language skills are a plus
