About Us

Garcia Nevett Chocolatier de Miami is a luxury artisan chocolate studio in South Miami. For over 12 years we have handcrafted Venezuelan chocolates sold in our store, online, and to corporate and wholesale clients across Miami. We are a small, dedicated team that takes pride in the quality of everything we make and everything we deliver to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service and Fulfillment Coordinator to become the backbone of our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, back office position — you will be responsible for making sure every client communication is handled professionally and every order leaves our kitchen correctly and on time.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our South Miami location, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

- Respond to all corporate and wholesale client emails in a timely and professional manner

- Pack and prepare orders accurately — retail, corporate, and wholesale

- Process and ship all orders — print labels, coordinate carriers, and track packages

- Perform weekly local delivery to wholesale accounts (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required)

- Enter and manage all orders in Asana, our order management system

- Coordinate with our kitchen and store teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on schedule

- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient fulfillment and packing area

What We Are Looking For

- Strong written communication skills in English — client emails are central to this role

- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented — you catch mistakes before they become problems

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

- Comfortable learning new software — we use Asana, Shopify, and shipping platforms

- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

- Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, or operations preferred

- Must be available full time, Monday through Friday, in person — this role cannot be performed remotely

- This must be your primary job during working hours

Note on Peak Season

October through December is our busiest period. During this time the role requires additional focus and occasional flexibility with hours. This is temporary and returns to normal pace in January.
