Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnosis of patients’ mental health status, utilizing established clinical tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate the cultural diversity and unique needs of the patient population, ensuring all interventions align with clinical best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and progress reports, in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, utilizing modern electronic health record systems.

• Work collaboratively with patients, families, and other health care providers to establish comprehensive and effective treatment plans aimed at achieving targeted patient outcomes.
