Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, strengths, and resources of clients, ensuring a personalized approach to client care.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that include setting specific goals, choosing appropriate interventions, and regularly assessing progress.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and modify client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans, ensuring client safety is always prioritized.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to support the management of client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
