Sales Manager - Automotive

In this role, you will drive sales performance, cultivate customer relationships, and ensure an exceptional car-buying experience. You will leverage your expertise in automotive sales to achieve targets and mentor your team to success in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the entire sales process from initial customer contact to final delivery.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments to optimize sales performance.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive sales manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
