Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
• Utilize a range of physical therapy modalities and procedures in accordance with established standards to provide effective treatment.
• Engage in patient and caregiver education, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to support recovery and ongoing health maintenance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for all patient interactions and treatment sessions, respecting regulatory, facility, and departmental protocols.

• Ensure adherence to departmental productivity standards while maintaining high-quality patient care and safety.
• Supervise the work of physical therapy assistants and support staff, ensuring that care delivery meets our high standards.

• Participate in program development and marketing strategies that grow our referral base and strengthen the physical therapy department's goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Heal and Revive, you will work with a diverse patient population across all life stages, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals. This variety allows you to apply your skills in different contexts, addressing specialized needs and facilitating effective rehabilitation outcomes for each demographic. Qualifications

• A current state Physical Therapist license is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is a must, with a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
