Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing marketing and business solutions organization to find a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive new business and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Research and identify prospective clients and decision-makers
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and identify solutions
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, and marketing leaders
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to support client acquisition
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of professional experience preferred
- Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management
- Self-motivated, organized, curious, and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
