Title: ThingWorx Manufacturing Applications Support Specialist Job Description The role will provide L2/L3 production support, monitoring, administration, and incident resolution for MES applications built on the PTC/Velotic ThingWorx platform, including CWC, AMU, and RTPPM. The position requires strong shop-floor application support, ITSM discipline, and coordination across IT, OT, business, and vendor teams. Your Role Experience supporting MES applications in manufacturing or regulated production environments. Hands-on experience with PTC ThingWorx / Velotic ThingWorx and shop-floor systems. Strong Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and data validation skills. Knowledge of SSO, SSL certificates, secure application connectivity, and OT networking. Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM processes, incident management, problem management, change management, SLA tracking, and ITIL support standards. Your Skills And Experience Experience supporting MES applications in manufacturing or regulated production environments. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $70,000 to $150,000 / year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
