Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following

Manage and record inventory for New and Used vehicle with attention and accuracy for two stores.
Process Used Car purchases
Process Dealer Trade Paperwork
Floor Vehicles with manufacturer
Review and Maintain accounting schedules
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience working in a high-volume environment
Ability to prioritize
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Familiarity Reynolds & Reynolds DMS System
Microsoft Excel, Word
Automotive experience is a MUST

Physical Demands

Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
The person in this position regularly communicates with supervisor to provide status updates. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Occasionally ascends/descends stairs

Education/Training/Experience

High School Diploma or GED preferred
