Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the individual needs, motivations, and goals of patients seeking recovery from substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans focusing on evidence-based interventions, integrating therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Provide individual counseling sessions that address the complex psychological aspects of addiction, ensuring a safe space for patients to express themselves and work through challenges.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, encouraging peer interaction and mutual support among participants on their recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care, maximizing recovery outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services during substance-related emergencies, offering immediate support and stabilization to those in urgent need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
