Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to create a personal and comfortable workspace while delivering essential care to our clients. While the majority of the work is conducted from home, you may be required to occasionally visit the clinic for team meetings or training sessions. Our work hours are generally Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Be a reassuring presence during crises, managing urgent support needs that may arise during treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with them to connect their personal experiences with healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, including potential bonuses. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.
