Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are attuned to their individual goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of established therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to create realistic, measurable goals for their therapy journey, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with state and federal regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and industry standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
