The LPC role operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide therapy to clients through secure virtual platforms. You will engage with clients via video sessions and phone calls while documenting progress and treatment plans within our integrated electronic health record system.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Deliver effective individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others depending on client requirements.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care and continuity of services.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all interactions with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations experiencing a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. You will employ a client-centered approach that respects individual differences and caters to each client’s unique journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid and active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is required, along with a strong understanding of compliance standards.

• At least two years of related experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Adept ability to adapt counseling approaches to accommodate varying client needs across different contexts.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
