About the team: Our team manages sourcing for the Home Decor private brand business across WMUS and WMCA, focusing on delivering optimal cost solutions across Good, Better, and Best product ranges. This role specifically oversees sourcing for Candles, Incense, and Flameless Fragrance categories, managing approximately 13 suppliers with a business scope exceeding $500M. The team supports both Direct Order and Direct Import channels, ensuring supplier performance, quality, and timely delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team drives strategic sourcing initiatives to meet business objectives while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accountability.
