Are You Passionate About Advocating and Serving Your Community?We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Programs Advocate to provide vital support and advocacy for youth, adults, and seniors.As a Community Programs Advocate, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals access essential resources, enroll in life-improving services, and achieve their personal goals. This role goes beyond case management—you're a connector, educator, and advocate.
