Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to pinpoint client concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and tailor treatment plans that suit individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to align with each client's unique objectives and circumstances.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is essential for this position.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health therapy or counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
