Role Description The Architectural Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will work with the firm’s principals to execute the firm’s marketing and business development strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining the firm’s brand standards, coordinating marketing initiatives, managing proposal/RFP submissions, and helping project teams assemble firm-branded materials for new project opportunities. The role will focus on strengthening current partnerships while building new strategic opportunities in priority sectors. Work Location & Schedule Corporate Office is based in Columbus, Ohio (satellite office in Cleveland, Ohio) Work model: In-office/hybrid schedule (flexibility is expected with the position) Schedule: Full-time (40-hours/week); occasional evening/early work during submission deadlines and events Travel: Regional and national travel may be required, travel is covered by the office standard travel policy Qualifications 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, proposal coordination, or business development support (A/E/C preferred); or equivalent professional services marketing/proposal experience Strong copywriting and editing skills Strong attention to detail for formatted documents and client submissions Proven organizational ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines while maintaining firm consistent messaging and brand standards.
