Compliance Specialist

Compliance Specialist – Affordable Housing Location: New York City Compensation: Up to $93K + bonus Overview Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support affordable housing operations and ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations and program requirements. This role will focus on resident recertifications, file reviews, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with property management teams and housing agencies. The ideal candidate will have experience within affordable housing/property management environments and a strong understanding of compliance procedures related to subsidy and housing programs.
