Location : Naples, Florida (Onsite — NO REMOTE — NO HYBRID) Compensation : $70,000 - $93,000 per year Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Paralegal to manage estate and trust administration matters from asset collection through final distributions at the firm's Naples, Florida office. Key Responsibilities Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings at all probate steps Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041) Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families Qualifications Proven experience as an Estate and Trust Paralegal or similar role Experience managing estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions Ability to prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings for probate Familiarity with drafting probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing Experience preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041) Strong organizational skills with ability to coordinate deadlines and case schedules Excellent client communication and ability to liaise between attorneys and families We are an EEOC Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advatix, Inc
