You will be responsible for designing our sales strategy and revenue targets, training and evaluating our sales personnel, and ensuring that we generate new and recurring business through various areas of revenue. Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 At Plan Earnings

Responsibilities:

• Recruit talented real estate agents to the Market Center and consistently grow agent count.

• Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and relationship building.

• Conduct recruiting appointments and clearly communicate the Market Center’s value proposition.

• Develop relationships with top-producing agents and influential real estate professionals in the local market.

• Lead agent retention efforts by staying connected to agents, identifying concerns, and creating opportunities for growth.

• Drive Market Center profitability, production, and overall growth in partnership with the Operating Principal and MCA.

• Coach agents on production, goal setting, business planning, lead generation, and accountability.

• Identify agents who are struggling and connect them with the appropriate training, coaching, systems, or resources.

Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience of 5+ years as a sales professional, preferably in the hospitality field
• Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Prior experience in the hospitality field is a plus
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
