Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families while utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ensuring that all case notes and treatment plans reflect the highest standards of practice.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff to integrate services, ensuring that clients receive a well-rounded approach to their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LCSW licensure.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing individual, couple, and family therapy with a strong understanding of therapeutic principles and intervention strategies.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and connect with clients.

• Ability to work independently, manage unforeseen challenges, and adapt to fluctuating client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of direct clinical experience providing therapy in a similar setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
