Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to each individual's situation.

• Provide both telehealth and occasional in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and small groups, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system to ensure regulatory compliance and continuity of care.

• Deliver therapeutic services with cultural proficiency, honoring the diverse backgrounds, values, and identities of clients.

• Foster respectful and collaborative relationships with peers and support staff, promoting a team-oriented approach to client care.

• Document client progress comprehensively through progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports, facilitating effective communication and ongoing evaluation of client needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support and connecting clients to needed resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
