Now Hiring: Employee Benefits Sales Consultant St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | Professional Services (Benefits / Advisory / Insurance) Our client, a top-tier national Employee Benefits Brokerage that is looking for a high-performing Employee Benefits Sales Consultant to drive new business across their rapidly growing markets. This is a unique opportunity to sell without territory restrictions, collaborate with seasoned practitioners, and grow within a team that’s investing in your long-term success. What We’re Looking For: Must-Haves: at least 2+ years of industry or adjacent experience (benefits, insurance, PEO, payroll, HR tech) Employee Benefits Brokerage experience Proven ability to build a book of business High activity, self-motivated, and persistent Based in a market with practitioner support Preferred: Early-stage producers with Broker of Record experience B2B sales rockstars with a team-player mindset Experience at major insurance brokerage firms Sell nationally , no territory limits!!
