Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting that promotes flexibility and work-life balance. You will primarily be engaging with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to conduct therapy sessions. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet adaptable environment that allows you to manage your time effectively while delivering optimal care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth therapy sessions with individuals and families, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address client goals and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated and comprehensive treatment for each client.

• Utilize clinically relevant tools and assessments to accurately diagnose and inform the treatment process, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans promptly and clearly in our electronic health record system, ensuring that client progress and adjustments are meticulously tracked.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and those in recovery. Our focus is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel valued and heard. The diverse nature of our client population requires sensitivity, cultural competence, and adaptability to various perspectives and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
