The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Hybrid Location: Hybrid – Dallas, TX Pay: $75000–$85000 yearly Mission: This role ensures financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP by managing journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting for real estate properties. What You’ll Actually Do Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile accounts and financial statements to ensure GAAP compliance. Closing Processes: Assist in critical month-end and year-end closing processes, including managing accruals and adjustments. Financial Reporting: Generate accurate financial reports and provide support during audit procedures. Property Accounting: Execute accounting duties for a portfolio of multiple commercial real estate properties. The Must-Haves Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. This is an early-career position suitable for recent graduates. Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience, specifically including commercial real estate accounting.
