Business Development Representative

The Opportunity CPGIO is looking for a driven, coachable Business Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel. In this role, you'll research, identify, and engage prospects across mid-market brands and multi-brand holding companies — building the pipeline that fuels our Account Executive team's success. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role, perfect for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in sales and grow into an Account Executive position as they prove out results. What You'll Do Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts aligned to CPGIO's ideal customer profile Prioritize outreach to mid-market brands and multi-brand holding companies Build and maintain lead lists aligned to campaign goals and go-to-market priorities Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences across calls, email, and LinkedIn Leverage Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to run structured, personalized cadences Hit and exceed weekly activity targets across all outbound channels Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and book meetings for Account Executives Ensure clean, complete context is handed off to AEs at every meeting Log all outbound activity in HubSpot CRM with consistency and accuracy Partner with growth marketing to test messaging, subject lines, and campaign angles Surface market feedback, objections, and competitive intelligence to leadership Ready to launch your sales career with CPGIO?
