Position Title: On Site Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Coordinator to manage daily staffing operations at our client’s facility. The Onsite Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between employees, the client, and the staffing agency to ensure smooth operations, employee support, attendance management, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily attendance and employee check-ins/check-outs
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and employee hours
• Communicate with client supervisors and management daily
• Assist with onboarding new employees and orientation processes
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and punctuality
• Address employee concerns, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts professionally
• Coordinate shift coverage and replacements for call-offs or absences
• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed
• Prepare daily reports, headcount updates, and staffing summaries
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain reports, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with recruiting efforts when additional staffing is needed
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Conduct floor walks and support warehouse or production operations as needed

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, warehouse operations, or customer service preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and timekeeping systems required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

Work Environment
This position requires working directly at the client’s facility in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. The Onsite Coordinator will spend time both in the office and on the warehouse floor assisting employees and client management.
