We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee remodeling projects from start to finish and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and installation teams.

 

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of bathroom remodeling projects after the sale is completed. This role serves as the primary liaison between homeowners, installers, suppliers, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage remodeling projects from the sale through final completion
• Coordinate installation crews, subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections
• Conduct pre-installation site visits and project reviews
• Verify measurements, scopes of work, and project specifications
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during production
• Communicate project timelines, updates, and expectations to customers
• Monitor project schedules and ensure jobs remain on track
• Resolve field issues, customer concerns, and installation challenges
• Coordinate change orders and communicate project adjustments
• Order and track project materials as needed
• Perform quality control inspections throughout project execution
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate project records, photos, and documentation
• Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure project success
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, remodeling, project management, or residential construction
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience reading contracts, scopes of work, and construction documents
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
