Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of new patients, gathering relevant history, symptoms, and needs to craft effective treatment plans using best practices and solution-based interventions.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, thereby supporting excellent care continuity.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, participating in case consultations to optimize treatment strategies and measure patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience is required, candidates with three or more years of relevant clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy will be highly regarded. Experience working with particular populations or specialized treatment settings is a plus.
