You will be provided with secure access to our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure seamless documentation and tracking of client progress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges during treatment.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups in a remote setting, utilizing techniques tailored to client circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical staff, addiction specialists, and recovery coaches to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Advocate for clients to overcome barriers while accessing community resources such as housing, financial assistance, and support groups.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment strategies in our EHR, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Participate in regular training sessions and case reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification and those with co-occurring disorders. This role requires an empathetic approach to help clients navigate their recovery journey, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance aimed at instilling hope and motivation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Proven experience working with older adults and clients facing substance use challenges.

• Demonstrated clinical and diagnostic skills.

• Outstanding communication, active listening, and interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
